Our Wellness Philosophy
Our philosophy of wellness is based on two main concepts—balance and action.
When you combine the 7 Aspects of Wellness (balance) with appropriate
goal setting (action), you’ll have a sense of direction that will
lead you directly toward your desired life.
The 7 Aspects of Wellness are 7 general life areas that need to be addressed
for balance—Emotional, Intellectual, Environmental, Spiritual,
Occupational, Social, and Physical—but how you go about addressing
these 7 areas is completely up to you.
The 123 Feel Better Life Change System is the framework: useful information,
helpful tools and life-changing techniques that will enable you to reach
your own definition of success. Our philosophy focuses on helping you
build a solid foundation from which to bring your personal vision
to life!
